توضّح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع انطباق البيانات الشخصية عبر هذا الموقع، وكيف تستخدمها وتحميها، وذلك وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه التنفيذية.
١. من نحن
انطباق، شركة سعودية مقرها الرياض، سجل تجاري رقم 7055495746. نحن الجهة المسؤولة عن بياناتك التي تُجمع عبر هذا الموقع. للتواصل في أي شأن يتعلق بالخصوصية: hello@intibaq.com.
٢. البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط ما تكتبه بنفسك في النموذجين:
- نموذج «سجّل اهتمامك»: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، والمنصة التي تهمك.
- نموذج التواصل: الاسم، والبريد الإلكتروني، ورقم الجوال (اختياري)، ونوع الطلب، ونص الرسالة.
لا نطلب بيانات حساسة، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.
٣. لماذا نستخدمها
- الرد على رسالتك أو طلبك.
- إبلاغك عند إطلاق منصة طبّق أو أودتلي إذا سجّلت اهتمامك.
- تحسين خدماتنا بناءً على نوع الطلبات التي تصلنا.
الأساس النظامي لذلك هو موافقتك عند إرسال النموذج، ويمكنك سحبها في أي وقت.
٤. مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها. قد نستعين بمزوّدي خدمات تقنية (مثل الاستضافة واستقبال النماذج والبريد) لتشغيل الموقع، ولا يطّلعون على بياناتك إلا بالقدر اللازم لتقديم خدمتهم، وبموجب التزامات تعاقدية بحمايتها. وقد نفصح عنها إذا طلبت ذلك جهة رسمية مختصة وفق الأنظمة.
٥. مكان الحفظ ومدته
يُستضاف الموقع لدى Cloudflare. وعند إرسال أي نموذج، تمر بياناتك عبر خدمة Resend لإيصالها إلى بريدنا الإلكتروني، ثم تُحفظ في صندوق بريد الشركة. قد تعالج هذه الخدمات البيانات على خوادم خارج المملكة، ونلتزم في ذلك بالضوابط النظامية لنقل البيانات خارج المملكة.
نحتفظ برسائل التواصل مدة أقصاها سنتان من آخر تواصل، وببيانات «سجّل اهتمامك» حتى إطلاق المنصة أو سحب موافقتك، ثم نحذفها.
٦. حقوقك
وفق النظام، يحق لك:
- أن تعرف كيف نجمع بياناتك ولماذا.
- أن تطلب نسخة منها.
- أن تطلب تصحيحها أو تحديثها.
- أن تطلب حذفها متى انتفت الحاجة إليها.
- أن تسحب موافقتك في أي وقت.
راسلنا على hello@intibaq.com، ونرد خلال ٣٠ يومًا. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
٧. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي
لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط للإعلانات أو التتبع. نحفظ في متصفحك تفضيل اللغة فقط (عربي أو إنجليزي)، ويمكنك مسحه من إعدادات المتصفح.
نستخدم Cloudflare Web Analytics لمعرفة عدد الزيارات والصفحات الأكثر تصفحًا. لا تستخدم هذه الأداة ملفات تعريف ارتباط، ولا تتعرّف على هويتك، ولا تتبعك بين المواقع.
٨. حماية البيانات
نستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا (HTTPS)، ونحصر الوصول إلى البيانات في من يحتاجها من فريقنا.
٩. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، ونغيّر تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه عند أي تعديل. وإذا كان التعديل جوهريًا، نوضّحه في الموقع.

This policy explains how Intibaq collects, uses and protects personal data through this website, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
1. Who we are
Intibaq is a Saudi company based in Riyadh, Commercial Registration No. 7055495746. We are the controller of the data collected through this website. For any privacy matter, contact hello@intibaq.com.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you type into our two forms:
- Register-interest form: name, email, and the platform you're interested in.
- Contact form: name, email, mobile number (optional), request type, and your message.
We don't ask for sensitive data and don't knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your message or request.
- To tell you when Tabbiq or Auditly launches, if you registered interest.
- To improve our services based on the kinds of requests we receive.
The legal basis is your consent when you submit a form. You can withdraw it at any time.
4. Sharing
We don't sell or rent your data. We may use technical service providers (such as hosting, form handling and email) to run the website. They only access your data as needed to provide their service, under contractual obligations to protect it. We may disclose data if a competent authority lawfully requires it.
5. Where and how long we keep it
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. When you submit a form, your data passes through Resend, an email delivery service, to reach our inbox, where it is then kept. These services may process data on servers outside the Kingdom, and we follow the legal rules on cross-border data transfer when they do.
We keep contact messages for up to two years after the last contact, and register-interest data until the platform launches or you withdraw consent. Then we delete it.
6. Your rights
Under the law, you have the right to:
- Know how and why we collect your data.
- Request a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it once it's no longer needed.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
Email hello@intibaq.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
7. Cookies and local storage
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. We only store your language preference (Arabic or English) in your browser, which you can clear in your browser settings.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed most. It uses no cookies, doesn't identify you, and doesn't track you across websites.
8. Security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and limit access to data to the team members who need it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do. If a change is significant, we'll point it out on the website.
